Español: Enterramiento aninimo en Santo Domingo de Silos
Lapida con restos "anonimos", por no poderse descifrar los grabados que estan por todo su alrededor, que anteriormente estuvo colocada en el suelo de la iglesia Desde la más remota antigüedad Han variado las formas y modos, según las épocas y las creencias religiosas de los enterramientos, dejardos al aire libre, colocados en ataúdes, colgados entre los árboles, arrojardos a las aguas de un río, depositarlos en un barco al que prendían fuego, hacerles monumentales mausoleos, y enterrarlos en los más diversos lugares en diferentes posiciones y posturas, de cuerpo entero o en cenizas. Los cristianos , siguiendo la costumbre judía, enterraban a sus muertos. Aparecen las llamadas catacumbas, donde ademas celebraban las ceremonias de culto. Con el paso de los siglos apareció la costumbre de enterrar a las personas reales y a los altos dignatarios eclesiásticos bajo las losas de los templos. tambien enterramientos en las paredes o a los pies de algun santo. |
