English: A Utility boat passes ST Petersburg (AOT-9101) in Pohang Harbor, Republic of Korea, 20 October 1998, as she prepares to deploy a single-anchor leg mooring system (SALM). Once deployed, the SALM provides a semipermanent platform for continued fuel discharge operations.
