Fusée 24/31 Mod 1916 Peuch-Remondy.

Français : Fusée-détonateur percutante de 24/31 modèle P.R. 1916.
Cette fusée équipait principalement les projectiles des Mortiers de tranchée du calibre 58 mm au calibre 240 mm.
English: Percussion fuse / detonator model P.R. 1916.

Variation designed by Capitaine Rémondy for use with trench mortar bombs, which were difficult to safely arm due to having low acceleration and no spin. The fuses also needed to safely withstand poor trench conditions and rough handling.
It was used with 240 mm and 58 mm Trench Mortar bombs.

24 indicated thread in mm. 31 indicated cone base in mm.
