8 Jhd. Erste urkundliche Nennung.
1229: Erzbischof Eberhard II. von Salzburg schenkt die
Pfarre in Lamprechtshausen dem Stift Michaelbeuern.
Seither vom Stifte aus kirchlich betreut.
Die Pfarrkirche:
Die Kirche stellt durch die noch erhaltenen romanisch-
gotischen Bauteile eine bauliche Seltenheit im Flachgau dar.
Romanisch:
Der quadratische, wuchtige Turm, Schallfenster,
Treppengiebel aus 12. oder 13. Jahrhdt. Im Erdge-
schoß des Turmes der Altarraum mit Kreuzrippen-
gewölbe.
Gotisch:
Chor [Raum der Kinderstühle] ehemals Langhaus
des gotischen Kirchenbaues, gotische Sakristeitür,
spätgotisches, schönes Sternrippengewölbe.
Bauherr:
Abt Maurus 1533-1541.
Erweiterung durch Neubau 1905 mit offenem Dachgebälk
Raum der Erwachsenen mit Orgelempore.
Einrichtung:
Hochaltar und Kanzel modern, gotisierend [1905]
Großes, hängendes Kruzifix vor dem Triumphbogen,
wertvolle Arbeit aus 16.-17. Jhdt.
Kleinstatue des Auferstandenen, barock [18.Jhdt.],
sehr schöne Ausführung.
