Rückseite: TRINKET ALLE DARAUS MATTH 26 v 27 - SUCHET IN DER SCHRIFT SIE IST'S DIE VON MIR ZEUGET IOH 5 v 39 // DIE STADT BERLIN / ZUM 2 NOV 1839. Umschrift in zwei Linienkreisen. Zweizeilige Aufschrift im Abschnitt. Kircheninneres am Altar. Überreichung des Abendmahles an den Kurfürsten und die Höflinge.

Kommentar: Diese Medaille wurde auf die Dreihundertjahrfeier der Einführung der Reformation in Berlin am 2. November 1539 im Auftrage der Stadt Berlin geprägt. Es wurden laut Prägeakten vom November 1839 in der Berliner Münze zwei Exemplare in Gold, 55 in Silber, 4296 in Kupfer, acht in Neugold und acht in Weißmetall geprägt. Allein die Prägekosten betrugen 731 Taler und 4 Groschen.
