English: There's a special relationship between horses and indigenous Tharus -- whether be it in western or eastern Nepal. These horses, called phoolghora and made from reed and painted pink, are placed at crossroads, water sources and house premises in Sunsari District to counter malevolent glare -- to ward off evil eyes!
