ไทย: อนุสาวรีย์พระยาพิชัยดาบหักแกะสลักจากไม้ตะเคียนทอง ขนาดเท่าครึ่ง ประดิษฐาน ณ ลานหน้าซุ้มประตูวัดคุ้งตะเภา บ้านคุ้งตะเภา ตำบลคุ้งตะเภา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ไม้ตะเคียนทองโบราณค้นพบจากก้นแม่น้ำน่านในปี ๒๕๕๘ และแกะสลักเป็นรูปพระยาพิชัยดาบหักในปี ๒๕๖๑
