Description
English: Pi de les Tres Branques, 1857, by E.J. Lluch. Caption reads: "Dibujado del natural por E.J. Lluch en 25 setiembre 1857. Pino llamado de las tres brancas o de la Trinidad, y el qual por tener sus tres brazos iguales el Illmo. Sor. Obispo de Solsona concedió indulgencias en honra y gloria de la SSma. Trinidad. Se halla situado el medio del Prat de Camp Llonch, único árbol que se encuentra en aquel llano. Tiene el tronco en su base 32 palmos de circunferencia, y cada brazo 16 al nacimiento y 150 de altura medida catalana. Este árbol por su corpulencia y especialidad de los tres brazos, ya hablan de él las escrituras de cierta Curia de Berga en el año 1456. A dos horas de Berga camino de S. Lorenzo de Morunys."
