English: Energy spectrum of cosmic rays with energy greater than 2.5e18 eV, constructed using data taken by the Pierre Auger Observatory and published in 2020. The upper figure indicates the number of observed cosmic rays in a given energy bin, scaled by energy squared. The lower figure fits the number of counts as a powerlaw function of the energy. The best fit powerlaw values are indicated in the figure. |
