Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_62621_DSC00955_1.jpg Notes: בית דובינר (מוכר גם כבית המשושים) הוא בניין מגורים הבנוי במעלה רחוב צל הגבעה, על הר הבנים ברמת גן ותוכנן על ידי צבי הקר, אלפרד נוימן ואלדר שרון. בית דובינר נבנה עבור התעשיין סם דובינר ואשתו בטי בשנים 1961-1963. למבנה שטח של 2200 מ"ר וצורה ייחודית של משושה הבנוי בעצמו מרשת משושים. 330 המ"ר של קומה אופיינית מחולקים בין שתיים או שלוש דירות שגם הן בצורת משושים. חזונו של הקר היה בניין שיתאים לאקלים הים תיכוני בזכות חצר פנימית ומרפסות רבות (יקיפדיה).
