Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_69275_20200624_013033.jpg Notes: רְבָדִים הוא קיבוץ הנמצא מדרום-מזרח לגדרה. הקיבוץ הוקם בפברואר 1947 בגוש עציון על אדמות שנרכשו על ידי קקquotל מתושבי הכפר נחלין. בנובמבר 1947 הוטל מצור על הגוש. שיירות יהודיות וערביות הותקפו בידי כוחות חמושים ונעשו מספר ניסיונות של כוחות ערבים לכבוש את הגוש. ב-14 במאי 1948 הסתיים הקרב על רבדים בהסכם כניעה בין חברי הקיבוץ לבין הלגיון הירדני. חלקם נלקחו בשבי. בנובמבר 1948 הקימו אלה שנותרו את הקיבוץ בשנית על שרידיה של חוות שנלר הגרמנית. באוקטובר 1949 עבר הקיבוץ לנקודת הקבע העכשווית שלו.
