Office building in Zion Square in central Jerusalem, built in 1931 by the Arab businessman Kamal Mikhail Sansur. It was one of the largest and luxurious of the office buildings in Jerusalem. Type of building based on European and architecture values.

Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_71408_20200825_164930_2_2.jpg Notes: המבנה שוכן בככר ציון בין הרחובות יפו בן-יהודה ולונץ. ההוצאות לרכישת השטח והבנייה הסתכמו ב- 1500000. נבנה ב- 1931 כבניין משרדים על ידי איש העסקים הערבי כמאל מיכאיל סנסור. במבנה שולבו מספר סגנונות כמו רוקוקו ורנסאנס והוא היה מהגדולים ומהמפוארים שבבנייני המשרדים בירושלים. שכנו בו חנויות בנקים ומשרדים ובקומת הקרקע פעלו בתי קפה כמו קפה אירופה שהיה מרכז חברתי ועסקי לחברה הגבוהה בירושלים. במלחמת העצמאות עזב סנסור את העיר והבניין נמכר ב- 1950 להכשרת היישוב. עד היום משמש הבניין לפעילות עסקית.
