Italiano: Germinoma pineale. La lesione mostra segnale iperintenso nelle sequenze T1 pesate (a) e T2 pesate (b). Utilizzando il mezzo di contrasto è possibile rilevare una lesione metastatica a livello del terzo e del ventricolo laterale (c). La lesione non è evidente alle sequenze pesate in diffusione (d), mentre la spettroscopia mostra picco della colina elevato e modesta riduzione di quello dell' NAA (e). L'immagine F mostra i voxel che comprendono la lesione in una sequenza T1 post-contrasto |
