Pineberg (nedsettende navn, som viser til at jorden er steinete og mager), Rønningsbakken 33, gnr. 9/4, mellom Lerkehaugen og Baldershage; tidligere gårdsbruk fradelt Rønningen (1) 1793 og solgt til kaptein Friedrich W. G. von Krause. Hans enke ble 1805 gift med kommandør Peter Grib. Fra 1832 tilhørte stedet mølleeier Andreas Graae, som oppførte en vindmølle her. Denne brant 1839 og ble ikke gjenoppbygd. Fra 1878 eide slekten Matheson eiendommen, som fra 1924 tilhørte Ole A. Leinum.

Pineberg ble beslaglagt av tyskerne under den annen verdenskrig og 70 daa av eiendommen ble bebygd med hus og brakker. I husene bodde tyske marinefolk og det fantes en fangeleir for russiske og serbiske krigsfanger her. Eiendommen, som 1930 var på 180 daa, er nå utstykket til boligtomter. Bebyggelsen, som består av et firkanttun med to hovedbygninger, brant 1928, men ble gjenoppbygd og de nyere bygningene er bevart.
