Description
Français : Après le coup d'État du 26 juillet 2023 la CEDEAO a décidé de sanctionner le Niger et les pays membres ont fermé leurs frontières c'est le cas du Bénin qui partage une frontière naturelle qui est le fleuve Niger. Les populations ont trouvé un moyen pour s'adapter à l'embargo en utilisant les pirogues.
