Description
Português: Planta das ruínas de uma casa circular, no Castro de Sabroso, em Guimarães, no Norte de Portugal. No interior da casa, o número 1 identifica uma pedra furada, onde « entrava um guindaste em que armava a ponta do tecto», e o 2 é uma «pedra sobre o comprido, como algumas da Citania». No exterior, os elementos marcados com o número 3 são «pedras symetricas mettidas a cutello», o 4 a «soleira da porta», o 5 é «o sitio onde appareceu a manilha, e o 6 são muros de suporte. Esta imagem foi publicada na Revista de Guimarães n.º 23, de Abril de 1906, disponível no Internet Archive.
English: Plant of the ruins of a circular house, located inside the hillfort of Sabroso, in the municipality of Guimarães, in northern Portugal. Inside the house, number 1 is a stone with a hole where probably fitted a wooden pole to support the ceiling, and 2 is a upright stone. Outside, the squares with the number 3 where worked stones, the 4 marks the door to the hut, 5 is the place where a bracelet was found, and 6 are support walls. This image was published in Revista de Guimarães no. 23, April 1906, available on the Internet Archive.
