Description
Русский: 22 марта 1996 года в культурном центре "Ювента" состоялось представление к должности глав Переславль-Залесского городского самоуправления и Переславского муниципального округа. В результате выборов, прошедших 25 февраля 1996 года, на эти должности были избраны Евгений Алексеевич Мельник и Хасанби Сефарбиевич Шопаров. На церемонию прибыл губернатор Ярославской области Анатолий Иванович Лисицын. — Слева направо: Евгений Алексеевич Мельник (глава Переславль-Залесского городского самоуправления), Анатолий Иванович Лисицын (губернатор Ярославской области), Хасанби Сефарбиевич Шопаров (глава Переславского муниципального округа).
