Bahasa Indonesia: Pohon dan Buah Kepel merupakan salah satu tumbuhan unik khas Nusantara, terutama di tanah Jawa, yang keberadaannya kini mulai langka. Stelechocarpus Burahol, nama lain dari buah kepel, menjadi salah satu buah favorit putri-putri keraton. Cita rasanya yang manis dengan daging buah yang lembut menjadi daya tarik kuliner yang kas dari Buah ini. Sayangnya, buah ini mulai jarang dijumpai bersamaan dengan arus pembangunan dan peningkatan populasi manusia. |
