Čeština: Vlajka města Polička, okres Svitavy. 'List tvoří v žerďové části dva svislé pruhy: červený a žlutý, každý široký jednu čtvrtinu délky listu, a ve vlající části dva vodorovné pruhy: červený a bílý. V červeném žerďovém pruhu bílý dvouocasý lev se žlutou zbrojí a korunou, ve žlutém pruhu půl černé orlice s červenou zbrojí a žlutou korunou. Pod figurami, přes červené a žluté pole dvě zkřížené sekery – bradatice s hnědými topůrky.
