Description
English: The Police Barracks Waterhole is located 25 km north of Boulia about 1 km east of the Selwyn Road. It is a place of significance for the traditional owners, the Pitapita, who have a significant community in Boulia. From 1875 to 1884 it was the location of a Queensland Native Mounted Police barracks.
