Description
English: To make seitan dumplings , it needs to extract seitan from wheat flour , for this first dough is prepaired, then it is washed by water, finally a fiber like substance is left which is known as seitan , this is highest protein content vegan food which contains 75% of protein, and is also known as wheat gluten take some salt , onions, chillies and mix it with seitan properly, Now warm cow ghee and make tasty seitan dumplings and serve it with tomato sauce
