| Description |
Deutsch: Wenn bei einem Portkathetersystem der Katheter nicht sehr weit in die Vena cava superior reicht, kann es bei ungünstigen Druckverhältnissen in den Venen zum Umschlagen der Katheterspitze nach kranial meist in die Vene jugularis kommen (linkes Bild). Der Katheter kann dann über einen venösen inguinalen Zugang transkardial mit einem Pigtailkatheter, oder mit speziellen Kathetern (z. B. für die Bergung von intravasalen Fremdkörpern) wieder nach unten gezogen werden (rechtes Bild). Ob es erneut zur Dislokation kommt hängt meist von der Katheterlänge ab. |
