Description
Portret, ten halve lijve, en profil naar links. De geportretteerde draagt een pruik, een blauwe jas met twee rijen knopen, een rood vest en een witte kraag. Arnold Jan (of Joannes) Emmanuel Mooren werd gedoopt in Venlo 11 september 1759, was van 1782 tot 1796 raadsverwant en van 1783 tot 1796 rentmeester van de stad Venlo, en overleed aldaar 6 mei 1815.
