English: BANGKOK, Thailand — Philippine President Benigno S. Aquino III and Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva hold a joint press conference for the Philippine and International media right after the bilateral meeting at the Government House in the Kingdom of Thailand Thursday afternoon (May 26, 2011). The leaders answer questions on the issues discussed and agreed upon in their meeting. The visit aims to further strengthen the Philippines’ bilateral relations with Thailand, as well as cooperation within the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in order to help build a secure and prosperous ASEAN Community by 2015. |
