Description
Deutsch: Fachwerk-Doppelhaus Preyersmühle 20-22 am Stadtrand von Wermelskirchen
Kuriosität: etwa ein Viertel von Nr. 22, der linken Gebäudehälfte, gehören zur Stadt Remscheid, da die Gemeindegrenze auf der Rückseite ein entsprechendes Segment herausschneidet. Aus diesem Grund steht dieses (vornehmlich Wermelskirchener) Baudenkmal auch auf der Liste der Remscheider Baudenkmäler, dort allerdings mit der Angabe Wermelskirchener Straße; denn mit der Gemeinde wechselt die vorbeiführende Straße auch den Namen.
