Description
English: Plaque commemorating one of the "protected houses" of the International ghetto in office between November 1944 and January, 16 1945 in Újlipótváros. This building was taken under the protection of the Embassy of Portugal where Jews protected by its laisser-passers (Schutzpass) had gathered. The existing plaque from 2011 was completed and unveilled June, 13 2015 by representatives of the Hungarian state and the Charitable Foundation of the Jewish Heritage in Hungary. (No 5 Újpesti Quay, Budapest, District XIII)
Français : Plaque commémorant une des « maisons protégées » du ghetto international en fonction entre novembre 1944 et 16 janvier 1945 en Újlipótváros. Ce bâtiment a été pris sous la protection de l'Ambassade du Portugal où les juifs protégés par ses laissez-passers (schutzpass) ont été regroupés. La plaque existante depuis 2011 a été complétée et dévoilée le 13 juin 2015 par les représentants de l’état hongrois et la Fondation d’Utilité publique du Patrimoine juif de Hongrie. (5 quai Újpesti, Budapest, 13e arr.)
Magyar: Az 1944 novembere és 1945 januárja között Újlipótvárosban működött nemzetközi gettó „védett házai” egyikének emléktáblája. Ezt az épületet a Portugál Köztársaság Nagykövetségének képviselői védett épületként jelölték meg, ahova a védőútleveleikkel ellátott zsidókat csoportosították. A 2011 óta meglévő emléktáblát a magyar állam és a Magyarországi zsidó Örökség Közalapítvány képviselői egészítették ki 2015. június 13-án. (Budapest XIII. ker., Újpesti rakpart 5.)
