Northeast corner of the Public Square showing corners of the Chamber of Commerce Building, left--later Cleveland College-- and right, the Federal Building. The Wayside Inn across Rockwell Avenue and the buildings north to St. Clair Avenue were torn down to make room for the Mall development.
