English: Pulong Kabyawan Agricultural Farm with Museo Pulong Kabyawan in XR2M+HCQ Barangay Inaon a village - Pulong Kabyawan (a carabao-driven contraption to extract juice from sugar cane - an old sugarcane press - a wooden sugar mill made of sagat (molave), composed of 2 cylindrical mills like the Ilocos-Pangasinan Dadapilan of Sinakob-Making Factories Pozorrubio - the 1897 De Guzman Y Alto Farm - its Balai Pamana (heritage house), a bahay kubo - there was a move to file an ordinance declaring the 37-hectare Pulong Kabyawan as a protected agricultural heritage zone and agritourism area beside or adjacent the Barangay Sta. Peregrina "Industrial Parks-Warehouse Zones." (Note: Fact check - the Pulilan and Bulacan LGUs cannot declare this Farm as protected agricultural heritage zone since a) R.A. 10066 Sec. 14, among other laws provide the specific procedure and b) this Farm is surrounded by "Industrial Parks-Warehouse Zones" buildings, and Pulong Kabyawan Farm cannot prevent the Municipal Assessor and BIR -Government from Tax Mapping change of Tax Declaration classification in order to save taxes ...). |
