maker's mark on pump

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: illegible maker's mark on pump near Borris Lodge Court in Borris. Someone who knows about maker's marks for pumps will probably be able to recognise it; it looks like a lion rampant with a word below. Could be B & E Bushell, York<ref>http://www.villagepumps.org.uk/manufs.htm<?ref>, but other foundries use the lion rampant as well. The other red pumps in Borris seem to be of the same maker.
