Description
Deutsch: Die Warme Steinach wurde vor ca. 200 Jahren in das Fichtelnaabtal urge- leitet, um genügend Wasser für die Hammerwerke des Bergamtes Fichtelberg zu haben. Gegen Mitte der 90er Jahre entwickelte sich in der Orts- gruppe Oberwarmensteinach des Fichtelgebirgsvereins die Idee, die Quelle der Steinach, die über 200 Jahre aus den Landkarten verschwunden war, wieder neu zu bestimmen und zu kennzeichnen. Am 9. Juli 1995 wurde eine Granitsteintafel an der Quelle der Warmen Steinach feierlich enthüllt.
