描述

Bow view of the 'Mauretania' taken immediately after launch at the Wallsend yard of Swan Hunter & Wigham Richardson, 20 September 1906 (TWAM ref. ds.swh/5/3/4/2/B544).

The 'Mauretania' was one of the most famous ships ever built on Tyneside.
