English: ROCS Lo Yang (DD-14) was handed over to the Chinese navy on February 26, 1954, numbered DD-14.
During the August 23rd Artillery Battle in 1958, the ship performed strait patrol and cover the Golden Gate transportation and replenishment missions. It has made brilliant achievements and won praise. In 1974, the Chinese Navy purchased the Allen M. Sumner-class destroyer and refitted it. The ship was honorably decommissioned. |
