Stema comunei Berlişte, potrivit anexei nr. 1.1, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat orizontal. În câmpul superior, pe fond verde, se află trei coroane de floarea-soarelui, de aur; cea din mijloc este orientată frontal, cea din dreapta este orientată semiprofil spre dreapta, iar cea din stânga, semiprofil spre stânga. În câmpul inferior, pe fond verde, se află o vacă, orientată spre dreapta, de argint. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate

Localitatea este supranumită Bărăganul Caraşului, având o importantă producţie de floarea-soarelui şi de grâu. Vaca semnifică principala ocupaţie a locuitorilor, creşterea animalelor. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
