Stema comunei Caraşova, potrivit anexei nr. 1.3, se compune dintr-un scut bipartit, tăiat pe orizontală de o fascie undată, argintie.În cartierul de sus, în câmp roşu, se află două crenguţe de fag cu câte trei frunze şi un fruct, totul de argint.În vârful scutului, în câmp verde, se află un miel pascal, orientat spre dreapta, cu o cruce pe umăr, de argint.Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint, cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate:

Fagul reprezintă pădurile de foioase din zonă.Fascia undată de argint reprezintă râul de munte Caraş.Mielul pascal semnifică prezenţa comunităţii catolice.Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
