Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Ciclova Română, potrivit anexei nr. 1.4, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite.În câmpul roşu, pe o terasă vălurită, verde, broşează două turnuri crenelate, de argint, surmontate de doi lei afrontaţi, ţinând în gheare, cel din dreapta o spadă, cel din stânga o cruce cu marginile rotunjite.Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint, cu un turn crenelat. Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate: Cele două turnuri crenelate reprezintă cetatea Ilidia, atestată documentar din secolul al XII-lea.Leul cu spadă reprezintă lupta pentru independenţă a acestei cetăţi de-a lungul timpului.Leul cu cruce simbolizează Mănăstirea Călugăra, precum şi bisericile atestate istoric aflate pe teritoriul comunei.Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
