Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Gănești se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat și cusut în partea superioară. În partea superioară, dreapta, în câmp roșu, se află un ciorchine de strugure de aur cu frunză natural. În partea superioară, stânga, în câmp roșu, se află trei spice de grâu de aur. În partea inferioară, în câmp albastru, se află un pod de argint. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţia elementelor însumate:

Strugurele simbolizează tradiționalele podgorii de pe Valea Târnavelor. Spicele de grâu reprezintă ocupația de bază a locuitorilor, agricultura. Podul face referiré la podul de lemn care traversează râul Târnava Mică, fiind un vechi simbol al comunei. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
