Public domain According to the Romanian Law on Copyright and Neighboring Rights Law no. 8/1996 of March 14, 1996 with further amendments Chapter 3 Article 9 the following documents shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright:

Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Vetca, potrivit anexei nr. 1.7, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat.

În câmp superior, pe fond albastru, se află o cruce de argjnt, având de o parte si de alta soarele si luna, de aur.

În vârful scutului, pe fond verde, se află un plug de aur cu lama de argint.

Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificatiile elementelor însumate:

Crucea, soarele si luna simbolizează credinta locuitorilor.

Plugul semnifică ocupatia de bază a locuitorilor zonei, respectiv agricultura.

Coroana murală cu un tum crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
