Italiano: Il ragno nella foto, chiamato anche ragno della campagna, risulta privo di ghiandole velenifere. Qui sta usando una strategia di predazione che consiste nel posizionarsi davanti alle infiorescenze dello scardaccione selvatico, in attesa di predare piccoli insetti che si posino davanti a lui per succhiare il nettare delle infiorescenze. La posizione del ragno è molto astuta, perché si è posizionato in corrispondenza alla foglia sottostante, che impedirebbe una via di fuga all'eventuale preda. Nel frattempo un bombo si è posato per succhiare il nettare delle infiorescenze. La stazza del bombo è tale che il ragno è costretto a farlo passare senza interferire.
English: The spider in the photo, also called the campaign spider, turns out to be devoid of poison glands. Here he is using a predation strategy that consists of positioning himself in front of the inflorescences of the wild scardaccione, waiting to prey on small insects that stand in front of him to suck the nectar of the inflorescences. The position of the spider is very cunning, because it is positioned in correspondence with the leaf below, which would prevent an escape route to the possible prey.
