English: Ray Parer (left) and John McIntosh (right) in front of their damaged PD Airco de Havilland DH.9 plane at Flemington Racecourse, Melbourne on 31 August 1920. After they arrived in the Federal capital to meet Australian Prime Minister Billy Hughes after their flight from England to Australia.
