Navy Rear Adm. Donna Crisp, left, commander, Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command, and His Excellency President Kalkot Matas Kelekele, right, Republic of Vanuatu, talk aboard a U.S. Air Force C-17 en route to a repatriation ceremony in the Republic of Vanuatu, July 31. One JPAC team, deployed out of Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, conducted recovery operations in Vanuatu for 45 days, searching for Americans still missing from World War II.
