Summary

[edit]
Description Rear of the old Union Station in Ottawa, now defunct and closed to the public. The area below the arch at the extreme left is probably where trains entered the terminus. It is now the Government Conference Centre and is closed to the public. When I visited in June 2015, there was a lot of construction work going on in and around the building. Some kind of restoration perhaps? How I wish it could be restored as a railroad museum showcasing the beauty of Canada's bygone railway glory! (Ottawa, Canada, June 2015)
