L1 y L2, dominios repetidos ricos en leucina 1 y 2; CR, dominio rico en cisteína; FnIII-1, -2, -3, dominios 1, 2, 3 de fibronectina tipo III; TM, transmembrana; JM, yuxtamembrana; TK, dominio tirosina quinasa; CT, cola C-terminal. Las regiones α C-terminal (αCT y αCT′) se dibujan en púrpura. Las líneas negras indican enlaces disulfuro entre subunidades. Un primo (') denota la cadena, el dominio o el residuo dentro del segundo protómero.
