| Description |
Deutsch: Die rechtliche Basis des Nationalen Direkten Verkehrs (DV) bilden die Artikel 16 und 17 des Personenbeförderungsgesetztes (PBG), welche die Transportunternehmen zur Kooperation verpflichten. Die Artikel 56 und 57 der Verordnung über die Personenbeförderung erläutern die Artikel des PBG zusätzlich. Die Transportunternehmen des NDV sind in der Alliance SwissPass mit den Tarifverbünden zusammengeschlossen. Der Themenbereich der Zusammenarbeit sowie organisatorische Formalitäten sind im Übereinkommen 500 (Ue500), den gemeinsamen Statuten der Alliance SwissPass, festgehalten. Noch einen stärkeren Detaillierungsgrad weisen die gemeinsamen Tarife und Vorschriften auf, welche auch wichtige spezifische Fragestellungen des NDV regeln. |
