Description

¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ 3 January 2009. Ice breaking-up on the Regent's Canal.

St Pancras Basin on the right. Ahead is St Pancras Lock. In the centre of the photo is the last-standing <a href="http://www.angelainglis.org/kx3.htm" rel="noreferrer nofollow">gas holder</a> near Kings Cross Station. (Lyrically named "Gas holder 8" )

On the right, a Victorian Water Tower, now renamed Waterpoint which houses a small exhibition and has views from the top.
