Español: Reloj Otomano, Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de México, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc.
Situado en la Plazuela del Colegio de Niñas; en la esquina de las calles de Bolívar y Venustiano Carranza, antes del Colegio de Niñas y de Cadena, hoy conocida como de la Ranita, se alza este bello monumento de la época porfiriana. En 1910 los mexicanos recibimos un hermoso regalo por parte de la comunidad otomana, gracias a la hospitalidad que Mexico tuvo con los inmigrantes Libanés a finales del siglo XIX. El reloj tiene símbolos de las banderas de los tres países; el escudo nacional mexicano, la media luna de Turquía y el cedro de Líbano. |
