Description
English: Numerous vehicles and cranes are working on Napoleon Beach to carry out the repair work. On the left soldiers are sitting on the anti-tank wall. In the background, the Cherbourg ferry terminal. The wreck of the cargo ship Le Normand will be used as an unloading dock and will only be refloated on November 8th, 1947.
