Description
English: Replica relief at the grave enclosure of Lysimachides in Kerameikos Cemetery. The original relief dates to the 4th century B.C. is located in the courtyard of the Archaeological Museum of Kerameikos. According to the information board there, the relief depicts a scene of two aged men sitting with two women at a table while Charon, the ferryman of the Underworld, is waiting in his boat to take them for their journey to the land of the dead.
