English: Two of the state's four women legislators are in a question and action before the Public Safety committee. Standing is Mary Ann MacKenzie, of Dade County and Miami attorney, and at right is committee member Mrs. Mary R. Grizzle, Pinellas County and an Indian Rocks Beach housewife. MacKenzie's proposal would considerably tighten safety regulations on water skiing along Dade County's beaches. Committee voted in favor of the bill. Center is Miami attory Representative Richard Pettigrew. |
