| Description |
English: The Vlissingen-Stad ('Vlissingen-Town') railway station served the town of Vlissingen (Flushing) in the late 19th century. As ferry services to England became more important, a new harbour station was constructed on a new end branch of the railway line. The old station was used for other purposes until it was damaged during WW2 and torn down. The water tower base is the only remaining structure of the railway station. |
