Español: Martín de la Carrera, grabado a buril de Tomás López Enguídanos. Inscripción: "El Marl. de Campo D. Martín de la Carrera / natural de la Ciudad de Málaga, / se dedicó desde su infancia a la gloriosa profesión de las armas. / Siendo Capitán en la guerra anterior contra Francia, atravesó su pe / cho un balazo y fue tenido por muerto; pero la suerte le guardaba para época / más gloriosa; contribuyó a la salvación de las tropas del norte, se distin - / guió en todas las acciones, y en la última, después de haberse batido so / lo en Murcia con los dragones, al espirar fue su última palabra Viva Fernando 7.ø".
